Our homes are built per spec and per engineered plan and we perform 25 certified inspections on all our homes we build performed by city, county and third certified building/engineering inspectors. We follow and adhere to the 2018 IBC ( International Building Code) which trumps the RBC ( Residential Building Code ) along utilizing the 2020 NEC code. Our homes are engineered to meet/exceed 115 MPH wind speeds with certifiable wind-shear inspections.
