BW Construction and Custom Homes LLC is Proud to Honor Our Signature In-House One (1) Year New Home Warranty On All Our Homes We Build.

What Our Warranty Covers:

Our Warranty Covers All Flooring, Windows, Interior and Exterior Doors and Hardware, Cabinets, Granite/Quartz Counter Tops, Electrical Wiring  and Switches, Plumbing Fixtures and Piping, Trim/Crown Moldings, Interior/Exterior Paint, Garage Door Openers and all Appliances provided by BW Construction and Custom Homes LLC ( LG, Thor, Z-Line and GE Profile Appliances ).

In Addition To Our In-House One (1) Year Warranty, Is Our Outstanding Ten (10) Year Warranty On the Following:

Structural and Foundations of All Homes We Build, HVAC /( Lennox Air-Conditioning Air Handlers, Condensing Units and  LNG/Propane Furnaces ), Tank-Less Hot Water Systems and Steam Generators for Showers.

We Are Also Proud To Offer Lifetime Warranty On All Our GAF Timberline Four Tab Architectural Roofing Shingles.

At BW Construction and Custom Homes LLC,  We have so much faith in all our homes we build that there is no need for those expensive third party warranty companies that are a pain to do business with but if the homeowner/client wants that extended coverage, we can certainly provide you with those insurance companies that write those types of policies. 

At BW Construction and Custom Homes LLC, if you have any issues, we expect you to call us immediately and we will dispatch a team member expedite, even if it is on a Saturday or Sunday.            ( We understand you may work and it maybe difficult for you to be at your home during the week thus why BW Construction and Custom Homes LLC is open seven (7) days a week and we will be available to address the situation and repair expeditiously).   

We operate our companies and follow our strict guidelines and procedures, perform 25 certified inspections throughout the building phases, use # 2 and better building materials and have an experienced project manager overseen by the owner on your job. Your not going to have any issues with your home if you use the best materials/products and vendors/ sub-contractors.  We are the best because we utilize the best folks and the materials in the industry hands down. 

We also utilize professional contracts with our homeowners, vendors/sub-contractors and have set strict guidelines/procedures to follow. We also always perform a "Pre-Construction Meeting" prior any job start for the homeowners/clients to meet and greet with our vendors/sub-contractors to ensure their new dream home will adhere to all codes and engineering. We want the homeowners/clients involved.  (This is a mandatory meeting). 

Disclaimer: BW Construction and Custom Homes will not warranty any parts/components inside or outside of the home in case of Fire, Acts of Mother Nature, Mis-Use, Abuse, Neglect, Irrigation, Landscaping, Sod, Driveways and Side Walks. Our In-House Warranty is Transferable.
