Our materials we use are superior to the competition. All our concrete we use is 4000 psi concrete from the peers/beams, slab/foundations, to the driveways and sidewalks. We also test our concrete at 3 days, 7 days and perform a 28 day hammer test to ensure the concrete sets at 4000 PSI and we always exceed that.

By performing 25 certified inspections, it gives the Homeowner, BW Construction and Custom Homes LLC that comfort feeling and assurances that the building processes and the homeowners new dream home will be defect free and built to the 2018 IBC code and the 2020 NEC code.

A team member or owner of BW Construction and Custom Homes LLC is always present at every inspection and at every concrete pour. We also have a team member or owner present at every job site everyday ensuring our proper construction management and processes are being followed by our vendors. That has been our practice for three generations and will continue into the future.

We employ the best Civil, Structural and Architectural Engineers in the great State of Texas. BW Construction and Custom Homes LLC building processes solicits from the City, County, and 3rd party Engineering Inspection Services to perform 25 certified inspections on all our homes we build. (We Require and Perform) the following inspections on all our homes we build:

Form Board Inspection
Underground Plumbing, Sewer, Electrical & Uffer Inspection
Water and Sewer Tye-In Inspection
Slab-Rebar/Cables and Footing Inspection
Slab Strength 3 and 7 Day Testing and 28 Day Slab Hammer Test
Frame, Window and Wall Sheathing Inspection
Wind Sheer Inspection (exceeds 115 MPH Wind Speeds)
Top Out Plumbing, Electrical and HVAC/Mechanical Inspection
Roof Decking, Roof Structural and Final Roof Inspections
